At Mind Body & Massage Spa we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in every one’s life. Work, car problems, sickness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. We strongly believe that your time is valuable as is ours and we make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all our customers and out of consideration for our staff’s time we have adopted the following policies.
If you are booking a service for the first time by phone, full payment is required. No guarantee that your appointment or time will be reserved after 3 hours if you decide to pay online or walk in later. If you decide to book and pay online, your credit card will not be charged until the day and time is confirmed available. If your request is declined, you may receive another available time by email or phone. If a voice message is left, you will have 3 hours to return our call and confirm.
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our customers and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, our staff not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in a scheduled time period or "on call" status and may have traveled to work specifically for your service. For this reason, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time. If we cancel your appointment less than the 24-hour period, and another staff member is available, you will be given a choice to come in or reschedule and receive a free session. Paid sessions are transferred over to your Loyalty card.
All services require full payment in advance, and after each visit to guarantee any upcoming appointment. This includes single sessions, packages, certificate, and after a complimentary session. Appointments can no longer be booked in advance unless paid in full. You will have until closing to pay in person or by midnight, online. If payment has not been received, future appointment that were booked will be cancelled. No guarantee that day/time will be available. If you have a gift/donation certificate, please have your certificate with you when you call, purchase code if any, and detailed information. Certificate Online booking is no longer available.
All services have a specific time schedule therefore we regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advance notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged. Arrive 10 min early to book upcoming appointments, payment, and using the restroom. If there is a delay on our end, time will be added or extended. “No show” after 15 minutes of a scheduled session, will be considered a less than 24-hour notice.
Appointment reminders are sent by email or text. You also have the option for no reminders. Reminders are sent out when an appointment is booked in person, or by end of day, and two days before your scheduled appointment. If you do not receive a reminder for whatever reason, maybe a glitch or bad reception, you are still considered scheduled. If you are unable to come in for your appointment, you have 24 hours to cancel. You can call 559-225-2136 or to cancel your appointment. When receiving reminders by email or text, you can also cancel or rebook by clicking on the link that is sent to you. No guarantee that a day/time is available online, until confirmed.
Purchase 6 massage sessions (equal) and receive your 7th session free. Free sessions cannot be transferred to another individual or redeemed for cash. Bogo or donation certificates offers cannot be applied to a Loyalty card.
Donation certificates expire two months after issue date, no exceptions. Appointment must be made two weeks in advance, before expiration date. If we cannot accommodate your request we ask that you contact the organization that held the raffle/silent auction, for a refund. All policies apply to Donation certificates, and cannot be applied to a Loyalty card.
